Shipping Policy

My leather workshop is in Hanoi, Vietnam.

All my items are handmade and shipped from here.

The items will be done and shipped, after 3 - 5 days you placed your order - To US, Canada, Australia, NewZealand and EU: for an economic and faster shipping, the items are shipped together in a big parcel by the fast shipping (DHL) to the destination country then delivered to your address by the national shipping company (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail...).

The tracking number of your parcel will be updated on your invoice order as soon as it was shipped again in your country, after 5-7 days the shipping notification mail was sent to you

- To Asian countries: the items are shipped by VNPT services

- Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group, a national company.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

- USA - 8-14 business days

- United Kingdom - 10-15 business days.

- Europe - 12-20 business days.

- Canada - 20- 30 business days.

- Other countries - 20-40 business days.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION

The tracking number of your parcel will be updated on your invoice order as soon as it was shipped. If the parcel was lost causes the shipping service, the new item will be replaced for you.
If you informed the wrong shipping address, you will pay for the second shipping again.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are caused by busy holiday periods, peak times of the year, customs clearance, bad weather, war or any natural disasters. International customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees that may be charged by their country.

Countries like the United States and many others don't have to pay import duties on orders under $2,000 USD, but a few other countries do.
